Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a world-class hospital based in Victoria, Australia, are looking for Anaesthetic Nurses to join their team.

The hospital’s expert care team of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.

The hospital client offers a Cardiology Centre, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology, Coronary Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit and more.

The role entails conducting physical assessments and patient history, educating patients prior to operations, and creating, implementing and assessing an anaesthetic plan care, provide anaesthesia to the patient as per the requirement, check all vitals, respiratory rate, heart rate during and after procedures, be proficient in other medication procedures such as, dressing the patients, helping patient to move from one point to another, helping them through several pain exercises and medication techniques and be well trained in post anaesthesia care and post- surgical care provided to the patients.

Candidates must have:

• A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Have AHPRA registration or eligible for AHPRA registration
• 2 years of experience recent acute nursing experience in the above specialty area
• Fluent in English
• Strong clinical skills
