Role: Regional Case Worker
Location: Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath
Full time permanent role (Monday to Friday)

Requirements
·Degree in Social care/ addiction studies/ community work/ development degree in social work
·At least 1 year working in Homeless services
·Understanding of homelessness/mental health and the principles of Housing first.

The Regional Case Worker will:
· Engage with and build a professional trusting relationship with Service Users, treating them with dignity and in line with the values of the organisation.
· Support Service Users participation in the organisations Programme.
· Promote the organisations mission, vision, values and strategic objectives.
· Work from Trauma Informed Care model.
· Encourage independence and self-determination in Service User
