Job Description
This role involves supporting, educating and liaising with patients in their own homes. Travel will be required for this role. This is a full time position.
Applicant Requirements
- Valid NMBI pin
- Minimum 1 year post qualification experience
- Ability to work independently
- Full driving licence
- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills
