Cpl Healthcare are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client for Band 5 Podiatrists to join a highly motivated team, providing an excellent standard of clinical care and high-quality care to the people resident in the city of Doncaster.

Role & Responsibilities

• To assess, diagnose, develop and implement individualised care programmes for patients with a wide variety of clinical needs under the mentorship of a Specialist podiatrist.

• To provide clinical treatment and care for a defined caseload of the population of Doncaster District, at various clinical and non-clinical sites, as directed by the Podiatry Team leaders.

• Be responsible for the treatment and evaluation of Podiatric care at a variety of clinical venues in the Doncaster District.

• Carry out treatment and simple or functional device manufacture, referring to the MSK Specialist where appropriate.

• To be an effective part of the podiatry team and conforming to Professional Body minimum standards, Hospital and departmental policies.

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree or equivalent diploma in podiatric medicine.

• H.C.P.C. registration

• Local Anaesthetic Certificate

• A valid driving license. There will be travel between multiple varied locations during the working day, sometimes carrying equipment.  

• Basic ICT skills.
