Retail Manager – Pharmacy based -Dublin 14

Salary: €35,000-€40,000

Contract: Full time, permanent contract.

Hours: No Sundays, No bank holidays, will require to work some evenings until 7pm

QR select are currently working closely with an Pharmacy, to recruit an experienced store manager their team.

The position demands a motivated, energetic, commercial and customer focused individual who is interested in driving a business forward. The successful applicant will have an understanding of retail and previous experience managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers and the general community, ensuring the highest level of customer standards

• Creating a team environment and ensuring that the team are performing

• Liaising with the regional manager and working to achieve pharmacy targets

• Ensuring store commercial store standards within the pharmacy at all times

• Analysing sales reports and store budgets

What are we looking for?

• Must have previous retail management experience

• Experience dealing with budgets, reports and delivering on KPI’s

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities

• Proven people management skills, in motivating and managing a team
