Cpl in partnership with our client are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager II for the Irish Blood Transfusion Service Ardee Collections Team.

Fulltime - Temporary/ Specific Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to work on mobile collections team in the role of a Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM II) in the Ardee centre. The role involves leading, managing and co-ordinating the team to ensure an efficient, effective and safe blood collection process and offering an excellent service to donors. You will work in conjunction with the Area Manager, and be responsible for all aspects of the management of the Ardee clinic and team

 Essential Criteria: 

• To have name maintained on live register with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• To be registered with NMBI in the General Division
• To have at least 5 years post registration experience – two of which must be clinical practice within the last 3 years
• Evidence of recent post registration/educational learning
• Management experience 
• Demonstrate an awareness of current issues in nursing and within the wider health care sector.
