Our Kilkenny based client is seeking a Team Lead to join their day services on a full-time basis to provide the highest quality of care to each service users- supporting their independent living skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum level 7 in social care/ nursing/ disability studies or related field
• 2-3 years experience working in social care sector preferably in the area if intellectual disability, day service or residential
• Full clean, driving license
• Understanding of New Directions Care model
• Working knowledge of Childrens First and Trust in Care
