Job Description

A leading homecare provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to join their team in West Dublin. The Care Coordinator will manage all customer home care packages and will designate and coordinate teams and supervisors in the community. The salary for the role is very generous and the position is permanent. This role will suit an individual with previous experience as a care coordinator in the healthcare sector.

Salary: €30,000 - €38,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Responsibilities

Answering calls and resolving queries
Coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis
Monitoring care visits to clients
Process new referrals and carry out admin duties
Develop strong relationships with carers and clients

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler in a Home Care company or relative
Excellent organisational skills
Efficient and highly organised
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
Team player
Excellent problem solving skills
