Job Description

Job Type: Temporary
Duration: Expected to last up to 3 months and likely to be longer
Location: Nottingham
Working from home: This will be based at a Hospital site, the client hasn’t specified any working from home options
Band: 4
Pay Rates: £11.00 per hour paye or £12.35 per hour umbrella
Start: ASAP
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours, 9am-5pm
Key Skills and Experiences
- Strong Excel and Outlook knowledge is essential
- Project Assistant Administration duties
- Diary Management
- Significant experience of a full range of medical secretarial skills.
- Medical Administration
- Experience of prioritising own workload
- Filing and organisation of files
- Medical Audio Typing and Medical Meeting Minute taking may be required
