Requirements:

• Recruitment administration support including database management

• Managing and coordinating pre-employment checks, visa applications and support to candidates prior to commencement of employment

• Monitor and posting of jobs    

• Able to engage with candidates and clients at senior level.

• Effective strategic thinking and problem solving.

• Active participation in a positive teamwork environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

• A positive can do approach and be able to work with minimum direction.

• Have an interest in healthcare.

• Solid experience of at least four years in an office environment is essential

• Ability to manage large volume administration alongside the recruitment team with a strong understanding of compliance

• Other ad hoc duties as required
