As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to residents—supporting their comfort, dignity, and quality of life every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in line with residents’ care plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
• Support residents during meals and ensure comfort.
• Participate in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all relevant care and safety procedures.

💼 Contract & Benefits

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts: Day & Night (flexibility required)

Salary: €14.00– €14.50 per hour (based on experience)

✅ Requirements

• EU citizenship required
• QQI Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in:
• Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Nurse Assistant, Social Care, Special Needs, Nursing Care Technician, Support Worker, Psychology, or Nursing
• Experience in elderly care (preferred)
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational, observational, and teamwork abilities
• A professional, compassionate, and dedicated approach to care
