Team Leader
Social Care Worker Assistant Support Worker


Key Responsibilities

Daily Support: Assist young people with daily schedules, routines, and personal outcomes.
Community Engagement: Support individuals during community activities and outings.
Life Skills: Teach cooking, cleaning, laundry, and general household management.
Personal Development: Guide individuals through education, skill-building, and family visits.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, national regulations, and professional standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Transport: Full Irish Driver's Licence (or actively learning) is mandatory

Assistant Support Worker: No qualifications needed; full training is provided.
Social Care Worker: Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or related discipline.
Traits: Positive work attitude, high motivation, and a passion for helping others.
