Support Pharmacist - Kerry
QR Select are currently recruiting a Support Pharmacist to join an busy community pharmacy in Tralee.
This is a contract role , due to start in May. Pharmacy is independently owned , opens Monday to Saturday , no late nights and no Sundays.
Rota will involve working 4 days a week, alternative Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, patients, suppliers, and the local community
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy
• Dispense prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, up to date, and compliant with SOPs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised pharmacy environment
• Identify and promptly report any health and safety issues to the Pharmacy Manager
• Deliver the highest standards of patient care and customer service at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
• Carry out additional day-to-day duties as required

Requirements

• BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
