Support Pharmacist - Swords
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Support Pharmacist to join our team in Swords. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic work-life balance with no weekend work, late nights, or Bank Holiday shifts required. The role involves working 4 to 5 days a week,9am-6pm

As a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
  • Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
  • Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medications.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance goals.
  • Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the smooth running of the pharmacy.
You will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care to the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm degree.
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Your typical day will involve:
  • Dispensing prescriptions and providing expert advice to patients.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-supplied.
  • Building relationships with customers and offering exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a high standard of care and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
