As a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
- Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medications.
- Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance goals.
- Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the smooth running of the pharmacy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm degree.
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Dispensing prescriptions and providing expert advice to patients.
- Managing stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-supplied.
- Building relationships with customers and offering exceptional service.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a high standard of care and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
- Full-time, permanent position with a consistent schedule (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- No weekend, late-night, or Bank Holiday shifts required, offering an excellent work-life balance.
