Supervising Pharmacist - Laois
Permanent Role " Independent Pharmacy " Flexible Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supervising Pharmacist to join a well-established independent pharmacy located on the outskirts of Portlaoise (Dublin side), approximately 20 minutes from Kildare town.
This is a permanent position offering flexibility in the number of days worked per week, with core opening hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm. There are no Sundays or Bank Holidays, supporting an excellent work-life balance.

The Role
You will work closely with the pharmacy owners and a dedicated healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient care while supporting the day-to-day performance of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community
• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up to date, and compliant with SOPs
• Supporting the owners in the ongoing performance and development of the pharmacy
• Carrying out general day-to-day pharmacy duties

The Ideal Candidate

• BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
