Supervising Pharmacist - Dublin 16
Full-Time " 6-Month Initial Term
Pharmacy open 7 days/week " Weekday shifts until 9pm " Rotating weekends & varied shift pattern
About the Role:
We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a busy, well-established pharmacy located in Dublin 16. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to lead a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, the wider community, and suppliers.
• Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy owners to ensure optimal store performance.
• Support general pharmacy operations and contribute positively to the team culture.

Requirements:

• A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
• Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent initiative, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
