Supervising Pharmacist - County Laois

PharmaConex is currently recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist in County Laois. This is a permanent full-time role, 3 to 4 days per week, to include approximately one Saturday per month. No Sundays, late nights or Bank holidays are required. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team supported by other pharmacists and long term and qualified technicians. The position demands a motivated pharmacist, who thrives on providing outstanding patient care.
Salary Range & Benefits:

• Salary range of €43 to €46, DOE; &,;
• Additional financial benefit for successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the general community;
• Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately;
• Monitoring stock and communicating with suppliers;
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date and all SOP's are adhered to;
• Work with the owners to ensure the store is performing;
• Other day to day duties.

Requirements

• BSc (Pharm)/MPharm;
• Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the PSI for a minimum of 3 years;
• Prior experience of acting as a Supervising Pharmacist would be desirable;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities;
• Proven people management skills.
