We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our well-established pharmacy group in Cork City. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 36-hour workweek spread across 4 days. The pharmacy operates 6 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities
As a Supervising Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
- Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately in compliance with all regulations.
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance targets.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
- Be registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Possess strong time management skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dispensing medications and providing expert advice to patients.
- Managing and mentoring pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet patient needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
- Building relationships with the local community to enhance the pharmacy's reputation.
