Staff Nurse Opportunities – Galway & Mayo

We are currently recruiting Staff Nurses for fixed-term contracts in Galway and Mayo. These roles are based in a palliative care setting within the In-Patient Unit (IPU).

Role Overview

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered palliative care within the IPU
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in specialist care

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• 12–18 months post-graduate experience
• Experience in palliative care or oncology desirable but not essential
• Postgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care (or similar e.g. Oncology, Hematology, Gerontology) desirable, or willingness to undertake following probation
• Other relevant nursing experience will also be considered
