Staff Nurse - Addiction, Homeless and Housing first sector

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Registered General Nurse and Registered Psychiatric Nurses on behalf of a new Housing first initiative covering the Dublin area.

Full time and part time positions available

Salary:

€47,150.65 per annum (Full-time)

€23,575.32 per annum (Part-time)

Hours:

All contracts are Monday to Friday with core hours between 9am to 5pm – flexibility is required based on the needs as team operates between 8am and 8pm.

Annual leave: 25 days, exclusive of bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role:

The staff nurse will play a pivotal role working within the MDT. Based in Dublin, this community-focused position will support clients with complex health needs through the delivery of accessible and flexible nursing interventions. The nurse will conduct health assessments, support care planning, undertake relevant nursing interventions, including harm reduction, and overdose management, while collaborating with addiction, housing, and primary healthcare services to ensure integrated care pathways. Working under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Manager, the nurse will contribute to service planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. This full-time role requires professional autonomy, ethical practice, and a commitment to recovery-focused care. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical competence, knowledge of social inclusion issues, and a passion for supporting marginalised populations.

Requirements:

Fully registered with NMBI

BSc in Nursing

Eligible to live and work in Ireland

Previous experience working in low threshold – addiction and homeless sector – highly desirable

No driving license required – leap card given
