Staff Nurse

Akeso Healthsearch is proud to partner with a leading private nursing home in Co. Clare to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration
• Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings is desirable but not essential
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a busy care environment and collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, person-centered nursing care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring health
• Support residents with daily activities and promote independence wherever possible
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
• Work closely with care assistants, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure residents’ wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Uphold infection prevention, clinical safety, and best practice standards at all times
