Staff Grade Occupational Therapist

TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join a HSE hospital-based rehabilitation service in Co. Louth. Requirements:

• CORU Registration
• 6 months of previous relevant experience
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if relevant)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• Vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis, Varicella

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for older adults undergoing rehabilitation
• Develop and implement person-centred rehabilitation programmes
• Assess functional abilities, ADLs, cognition, home environment, and equipment requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care planning
• Contribute to discharge planning and safe transitions of care
