Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapists to join a dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs.
These rewarding roles are based in Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest (CHODNCC).What You’ll
thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based llaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.Essential
