Careconex is recruiting on behalf of a client for Social Care Workers to join residential services supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Co. Monaghan.

Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-time | Salary: Competitive

Role Overview:
Provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, support care plans, and foster independence and wellbeing. Work as part of a committed team to help residents live meaningful, ordinary lives.

Requirements:

• BA in Social Care or equivalent (Level 7 QQI)
• CORU registration (or proof application in progress)
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
• Full driver’s licence and access to a car
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
