Location: Dublin
Salary: €40,351 - €68,169 per annum
Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Join a committed and child-centred team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and therapeutic care within Special Care Units across Dublin. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with complex needs through structured daily routines, meaningful interventions, and consistent emotional support. Your work will directly contribute to each young person's wellbeing, stability, and long-term development as they move toward greater independence.

At Orange Recruitment, we are currently partnering with services nationwide to recruit experienced Social Care Workers who are passionate about delivering best-practice care. We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of 18 months' experience in a care setting and who are either progressing toward CORU registration or eligible to apply. If you are unsure about your eligibility under CORU (Section 91 or Section 38), we will provide full guidance and support throughout the process.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a highly structured, supportive, and values-driven environment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training, and have access to strong career progression pathways within residential and specialist care.
