Location: Kildare (Hybrid Working Available)

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Healthcare Recruitment team, supporting the recruitment of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a portfolio of candidates and clients.
• Achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates to meet client requirements.
• Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
• Drive business development activities, including lead generation, networking, market research and relationship building.
• Take ownership of personal and professional development.
• Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
• Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within CRM systems.
• Utilise social media and professional networks to attract talent and strengthen client relationships.

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT and systems skills.
