Senior Radiographer

TTM Healthcare, a HSE Tier 1 supplier, is currently recruiting a Locum Senior Radiographer on behalf of the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin.

Location: Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin
Position: Senior Radiographer (Locum)
Duration: 2-3 Months
Working Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
Start Date: ASAP

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced radiographer looking for a short-term locum assignment within a busy hospital environment. The successful candidate will join a professional multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services and supporting patient care to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations.
• Conduct General X-ray procedures safely and efficiently.
• Provide Ultrasound imaging services in line with departmental protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Adhere to radiation protection guidelines and hospital policies.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants, radiologists, nursing staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the Radiology Department.

Essential Requirements

• Qualification in Radiography recognised for practice in Ireland.
• CORU registration (or eligibility for registration).
• Approximately 3 years' hospital-based radiography experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in both:
  • Ultrasound
  • General X-ray
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work up to 5 days a week.
• Available to commence employment immediately or at short notice.
