Location: Letterkenny University Hospital
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: 3 months (with scope to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out complex assessments of patients’ functional abilities, daily living skills, and occupational needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide specialist interventions to promote independence, rehabilitation, and quality of life
  • Manage caseloads efficiently, prioritizing urgent and complex cases.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Occupational Therapy
  • CORU Registration is mandatory
  • 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Ideal experience in Mental health
  • Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
  • Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
  • International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
