Requirements:
* Active NMBI Registration (Psychiatric Division)
* Minimum 6 months post-registration experience in Ireland
* Previous experience in mental health services (acute units, community services, approved centres, or residential settings)
* Up-to-date certification in:
* Manual Handling
* Infection Control
* CPR / BLS
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills
* Professional, compassionate, and reliable approach to mental health care

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred mental health care
* Conduct mental health assessments and support care planning
* Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
* Monitor patient wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
* Support service users with dignity, respect, and recovery-focused care
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary mental health teams
