Quality and Patient Safety Manager, Grade VI

Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a prominent rehabilitation unit and residential treatment centre to recruit for an experienced Quality & Patient Safety Manager to support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This role leads on data-driven quality improvement, managing patient safety, incident reporting, and risk trends while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (MHC, HSE, HSA).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement and patient safety excellence. This is a permanent full-time role, working on site. Hybrid options may be discussed with line manager post probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and report on quality, risk, and patient safety data
• Lead incident, complaint, and risk management processes
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership
• Manage QPulse and quality systems
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience in healthcare quality, risk, or patient safety
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience with incident management, audits, and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
