the policies and procedures, including those specific to the Coffee Shop service.Promote a safe and welcoming environment while adhering to the organization's standards and best practices.Ensure the safety and welfare of all individuals, reporting any concerns to your line manager or the Health & Safety
with clients by observing behavior, providing assistance in emergencies, and maintaining proper records.Support the daily operation of the Coffee Shop, including cleaning, record-keeping, and mentoring new llaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet the needs of service users.Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and training as ntribute to continuous role development, ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively.Required Qualifications and Experience:A relevant third-level degree in social care (e.g., Youth Work, Social Studies, Addiction, Psychology).At least 2 years of experience in the social care field, particularly with disadvantaged individuals.Experience working with marginalized individuals who display high-risk or challenging behaviors.Knowledge of issues affecting homeless individuals and their impact on emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.Experience working within a team with shared goals.Understanding of homeless services and child protection issues (desirable).This is an excellent opportunity to work in a meaningful role, supporting vulnerable individuals while being part of a dedicated and supportive team.If you are interested in this role, please get in touch with Andrew O'Gorman today-Email: ephone: + / +
