Pharmacy Technician - Ballyfermot (3 day week)
QR Select is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a pharmacy in Ballyfermot. This is a permanent, part-time position that offers an excellent work-life balance in a supportive and professional environment.
Role involes working 3 days a week, Every Monday, Thursday and Friday 9-6

As a Pharmacy Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining stock levels to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
• Accurately and efficiently preparing and dispensing medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Processing and tracking pharmacy claims in a timely manner.
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with the latest PSI guidelines.
• Supporting the Pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An approved Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Pharmacy Technician or dispensary role.
• Previous experience in OTC sales.
• Strong product knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A helpful, courteous, and professional manner.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Assisting the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and advising customers on their use.
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels to ensure the dispensary operates efficiently.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing expert advice on OTC products.
• Processing claims and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver a high standard of service.
