Pharmacy Technician - Limerick
QR Select is currently recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established, independently owned pharmacy located on the outskirts of Limerick City.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great work-life balance in a supportive pharmacy environment.

The Role

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Weekend work on a rotational basis
• Pharmacy opening hours: Monday to Saturday
• No late nights and no Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Accurately and efficiently preparing and dispensing medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist
• Processing and tracking pharmacy claims
• Providing excellent patient care and customer service
• Operating in line with the most up-to-date PSI guidelines
• Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary

Key Requirements & Skills

• Must hold an approved Pharmacy Technician qualification
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Pharmacy Technician or dispensary role
• Previous OTC sales experience
• Strong product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer-focused approach
• Helpful, courteous, and professional manner
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
