Pharmacy Manager - Kildare
QR Select are currently recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for an independent pharmacy based in Kildare
The role is 9am to 6pm with no Sundays, the rota is mainly Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures
• Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams
• Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the store
• Developing strong relationships with our customers
• Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency
• Effective performance management of staff
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation

What are we looking for?

• 2 years Manager/ People Manager experience - within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous Dispensary experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
