LUH provides comprehensive paediatric services, including dedicated neurology and subspecialist care for children with neurological conditions such as epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and headache syndromes. Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level paediatric neurology care for children and adolescents.

• Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic neurological disorders.

• Oversee multidisciplinary clinics, ward rounds, and outpatient services for paediatric neurology.

• Supervise and mentor NCHDs, nursing staff, and allied health professionals involved in neurology care.

• Contribute to audit, quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including paediatrics, neurophysiology, rehabilitation, and allied services.

Essential Requirements

• Eligible for Specialist Registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).

• Specialist training and experience in Paediatric Neurology.

• Demonstrated leadership, teaching, and clinical governance experience.

Salary

€233,000 - €280,000 per annum
