Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Dublin North City & County, are seeking Staff Grade Occupational Therapists to join their team.The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, working closely with families and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.Job PurposeWork in line with team service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy.Support assessment and interventions in line with principles of Children’s Disability Network Teams.Provide therapeutic services to children and young people (0 -18 years) with a range of complex needs arising from a disability and whom are living within the communityStrong emphasis on interdisciplinary team working and family centred practice as per the principles of Progressing Disabilities for Children and Young People.

(Hons) in Occupational Therapy or equivalentCORU registration or eligibility to register with CORUMinimum of 1 years post-qualification experience, with paediatrics and experience working with children with complex disabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionalsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in clinical supervision and leadership is desirableFull driving license and access to a car is essentialJob , time permanent opportunityGenerous salary based on experience (based off HSE Payscales)Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidatesRelocation package for eligible international candidatesIf you are passionate about providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, and meet the requirements outlined above, we would love to hear from ntact Zoe Lawlor ; l : +
