Case Management: Lead triage for all HR referrals and conduct initial OHN assessments.
Clinic Management: Manage the OP diary with dedicated half-day weekly visits.
Health Surveillance: Coordinate vital 2-yearly health recalls.
Vision Care: Administer annual vision assessments.
Injury Follow-up: Monitor and track work-related injuries.
First Aid Support: Provide expert backing to a strong, self-sufficient onsite first aid team.
Wellness Initiatives: Roll out annual flu vaccination clinics.
Administration: Own and manage your independent appointment administration.
Requirements
Specialised Qualification:
A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential.
Professional Registration: Active Registered General Nurse status with valid NMBI registration.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in occupational health nursing.
People Skills: Exceptional communication, deep empathy, and active listening skills.
Organisational Excellence:
Proven track record in time management and prioritizing key tasks.
Team Player: Natural ability to build and maintain strong workplace relationships.
