Nurse in Ireland (EU Citizen)

CPL Healthcare, in partnership with a prestigious private nursing home group in Ireland , is offering an excellent opportunity for qualified Nurses interested in joining full‑time positions across different locations in the country (Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Galway…).

Main Responsibilities:

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive care and supervising the care team, maintaining a person‑centred approach and ensuring the highest quality standards for residents.

• Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care.
• Supervising, coordinating, and supporting the healthcare assistant team.
• Administering medication and treatments in line with established protocols.
• Monitoring residents’ health status and updating clinical records.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: €39,000 – €42,000 gross per year (depending on experience and location).

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing.
• NMBI registration (or willingness to begin the process).
• High level of English (spoken and written). IELTS (score +7) or OET required for registration.
• EU nationality. (50/50 rule: Irish regulations require that at least 50% of staff must be EU citizens.)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work effectively within a team.
