Duffy Alexander Recruitment is currently recruiting Medical Registrars for Public Teaching Hospitals and Private Hospitals across Ireland. We have multiple opportunities for doctors seeking Registrar-level roles in General Medicine and related subspecialties, with start dates available immediately and in January, February, and March 2026.

Essential Eligibility Criteria

To work as an SHO/Registrar/Senior Registrar in Ireland, you must:

• Hold valid Irish Medical Council (IMC) General Registration, or be in the active registration process
• Have passed one of the accepted English language exams:
• 
  
  • IELTS overall band 7.0 (minimum 6.5 in each domain), or
  • OET Grade B overall
• Have substantial experience in General Medicine and/or relevant subspecialties at Registrar level
• Be available to relocate to Ireland by January/February/March 2026 at the latest

Full MRCP qualification (or in progress) will significantly strengthen your application.
