
Locum Nurse – Onsite Medical Clinics
We are partnered with a leading provider of onsite medical services across Ireland and the UK. Delivering high-quality clinical assessments in schools, sporting organisations, corporates, and hospitals. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Locum Nurses to support a range of ad-hoc clinic shifts throughout the year. These flexible shifts can be taken alongside your current role, offering excellent experience and competitive rates.
About the Clinics
Most clinics involve 12-lead ECG assessments, with others incorporating a mix of the following components:
12-Lead ECG
Point of Care Testing (finger prick)
Phlebotomy
Spirometry
Keystone Vision screening
BMI, blood pressure, waist circumference
Medical questionnaires and general health assessments
You will be working as part of a professional clinical team delivering high-quality, efficient, and patient-focused onsite services.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out assigned clinical assessments such as ECGs, BP checks, BMI, and other health screening tasks.
Perform additional tests where required, including phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, spirometry, and vision screening.
Follow clinical protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Accurately complete all relevant documentation, patient notes, and data recording.
Provide clear communication and reassurance to participants during assessments.
Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Represent MS professionally at all clinic locations, delivering an excellent patient experience.

Requirements for Compliance
To register and be booked into shifts, you will need to provide:
Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae
Current An Bord Altranais (NMBI) certificate
Current INMO (or equivalent) certificate
Copy of your university qualification
Two recent references
Garda Vetting clearance
Who We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse with active NMBI status
Confident in clinical assessments (12-lead ECG highly desirable)
Experience in phlebotomy, POC testing, or spirometry is an advantage
Professional, organised, and able to work independently
Excellent patient-facing communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced clinic environments
