ICU - Senior Enhanced Nurse & Clinical Nurse Manager

Clarity is recruiting for a Enhanced Staff Nurse (ICU) for a hospital in South Dublin.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing and registered with NMBI
• Post Graduate Qualification in Critical Care - Desirable
• Preceptorship Essential
• ACLS Desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years Cardiothoracic or Surgical ICU experience
• Demonstrate experience in mentorship/preceptorship.
  

Can demonstrate knowledge related to:

• Quality issues.
• Patient Centred Care.
• Policy, Procedure, Standards formulation.
• Auditing.
• Health & Safety issues.
• Staff recruitment and retention.
• Leadership ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills and counselling skills.
• Interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage and monitor absenteeism, staff performance.
• Ability to motivate self and others.
