• Post‑registration experience at a management or leadership level

• Demonstrable leadership and people‑management experience appropriate to the grade
• A post‑registration qualification (e.g. Gerontology, Dementia Care, Leadership or Management), where required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
