About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meals, hydration, and overall wellbeing
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures
Who Can Apply?
We are seeking candidates who:
- Hold EU citizenship
- Have excellent English language skills
- Possess recent relevant Work Experience OR a Qualification in one of the following areas:
- Healthcare Assistant
- Care Assistant
- Nurse Assistant
- Social Care
- Special Needs
- Nursing Care Technician
- Technician in Care for People
- Support Worker
- Nursing
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with older persons is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and observational skills
- Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts
