Excel Healthcare Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Group Operations Manager to join a well-established multi-site retail business across Co. Donegal.

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a strong operator who can bring structure, consistency, and commercial focus across multiple locations.

• Lead day-to-day operations across four sites
• Manage and develop site leaders and teams
• Drive operational consistency, standards, and performance
• Work closely with the Managing Director
• Oversee group performance, including P&L and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years' multi-site retail experience
• Strong people leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with P&L experience
• Hands-on, driven, and results-focused
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
