Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialists to join our healthcare teams across Ireland. The successful candidates will deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice in accordance with HSE and Irish Medical Council regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including acute, chronic, and preventative care.
  • Conduct detailed patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups.
  • Manage long-term conditions and promote health education and disease prevention.
  • Offer urgent and emergency medical care when required.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in line with Irish healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Full registration on the Specialist Division of the Irish Medical Council (Family Medicine / General Practice).
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience post-residency (preferred).
  • Excellent English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the Irish or EU healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
