The Opportunity
Clinical Leadership: Oversee the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care through robust clinical practice and quality systems.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and HIQA standards, including conducting and following up on internal audits.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, external community agencies, and the marketing team to maintain a high profile for the home.
Resource & Financial Management: Oversee clinical budgets, administrative procedures, and understand legislative requirements regarding resident financial affairs.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration on the live NMBI register.
At least 3 years of experience in the last 6 years specifically in the care of the older person.
No less than 3 years of experience in a management capacity within health and social care.
Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
Proven track record in healthcare clinical management with strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
