Role:

Lead with compassion and vision in a supportive, resident-first environment
Build and mentor a motivated nursing team
Ensure best practice and full HIQA compliance

Requirements:
Active NMBI registration Minimum 3 years' management experience in a nursing home setting
Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or management Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Comprehensive knowledge of HIQA standards Eligibility to work in Ireland

Key Requirements
