The Role:As the Director of Nursing, you will hold responsibility for the overall operational, clinical, and regulatory oversight of the nursing home.Key Requirements:<ul>
<li>A minimum of five years’ post-registration experience</li><li>At least three years’ experience in a management or leadership role within the past 6 years, in a nursing home or comparable long-term care environment.</li><li>A&nbsp;post-registration management certificate or a&nbsp;postgraduate qualification in Nursing</li><li>Active NMBI PIN</li></ul>
