Director of Nursing

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing of Nursing on behalf of a 70+ bedded Nursing Home based in Kildare. Salary range: €75 to €85k per annum

Requirements for Director of Nursing:

• Full registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (RGN, RPN, RNID)
• At least six years post-registration experience – with at least three years of these being in elder care
• Experience in a management capacity in health and social care
• Hold a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field or be prepared to have one completed by 2028
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Experience in dealing with HIQA and other Inter connected HSE bodies.
