Director of Nursing

We are now inviting applications for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead a warm, resident-focused nursing home in County Waterford.
About the Role:

Provide compassionate and forward-thinking leadership within a supportive, resident-centred care environment.

Develop, guide, and inspire a highly engaged and skilled nursing team.

Ensure care delivery aligns with best practice standards and achieves full compliance with HIQA regulations.

Play a key role in strengthening the continued success and positive reputation of the nursing home.
Requirements:

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

At least 3 years’ experience in a nursing management role within a nursing home setting.

Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related discipline.

Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent communication and team-development skills.

In-depth understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.

Right to work in Ireland.

Salary range
